QIUFUD. EIC. <br /> DISASTER RESPONSE DIVISION <br /> employees, vendors and suppliers will be recorded posted, and checks written on National <br /> Banks from the home office. Checks for payments will be processed weekly and sent to the <br /> field office by either courier or public carrier (such as Federal Express or UPS) for <br /> disbursement. <br /> Task Order Superintendents will appoint Load & Haul Crew Managers, Hazardous Tree <br /> Trimming and Removal Managers, TDSR Site Managers and Demolition and ROE <br /> Managers (as needed per task order). <br /> Each Task Order Superintendent shall have the authority to commit the Corporation, and <br /> resources of TFR including signing contracts and modifications. They shall also have the <br /> authority to provide administrative and financial resources, equipment and personnel in <br /> support of the project. Their authority will include supporting and investing authority and <br /> oversight to Project Managers and Supervisors, Safety Officer, Quality Control Officer, <br /> Environmental Officer, and Health and Safety Officer. <br /> The Task Order Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day operations, including waste <br /> stream documentation, daily reporting/progress and planning requirements, communications <br /> with client Representatives, enforcement of Scope of Work, and oversight of Load and Haul <br /> and TDSRS Managers. They report to the Operations Manager and the on-site client <br /> Representative and act as liaison between the Company personnel and the on-site client <br /> Representative. <br /> Subcontracting agreements will be often executed in the field and copies of all agreements <br /> along with necessary, tax, insurance and license information will be available for review and <br /> approval by client Representatives. As in all projects as it remains absolute condition <br /> precedence; all subcontractors will be under the direction of a TFR Supervisor. <br /> TFR's Safety Overview <br /> The safety and health of our employees continues to be the first consideration in the <br /> operation of our business.
