The initial phase will be repeated for each new crew to work onsite, or at any time <br /> acceptable specified quality standards are not being met. <br /> Follow Up Inspections: <br /> Follow-up inspections will be performed daily or as <br /> frequently as necessary to assure continuing compliance with - <br /> =MUM= <br /> contract requirements, including control testing, until <br /> completion of the segment of work. <br /> Records: TFR will maintain current records of all inspection <br /> and test performed on the format detailed, entitled Quality <br /> Control Report. This form will provide factual evidence of <br /> the required inspections or tests involved, results of --�` <br /> inspections or tests, nature of defects, causes for rejection, Y...� <br /> etc., proposed remedial action and corrective actions taken. <br /> TFR's records will cover both conforming and defective , <br /> items and must include a statement that all supplies and <br /> materials incorporated in the work are in full compliance <br /> with the terms of the contract. Legible copies of these records <br /> will be furnished to a client representative daily. <br /> ® Site Specific Quality Control Plan <br /> The site or Contract specific QC Plan must accomplish the complete daily documentation of <br /> operations, utilization and production, safety, and variations from normal operations of a <br /> debris management operation. It must be in place and approved for use prior to beginning <br /> any field operations, including site preparation. It must be in full compliance with contract <br /> requirements. <br /> Multiple forms are usually formatted for the Plan, which cover different activities. A <br /> summary general Daily form is also usually formatted for the project that is completed by <br /> the CQC Officer, and totals of all activities reported on summary forms. Usually, all <br /> originals and one set of copies are delivered to a designated representative, and TFR keeps <br /> two copies of each form. <br /> Quality Control Organization <br /> The duties and specific areas of responsibility of the various members of the Quality Control <br /> Organization are as follows: <br /> Operations Manager: Advises all supervisory personnel including, but not limited to, Sector <br /> superintendents and key foremen assigned to critical areas, of the requirements of the <br /> specifications and advises supervisors concerning methods to be used and the degree of <br /> workmanship required. <br /> 56 <br />
