1 Foreman <br /> Post disaster Cut and Debris Debris collection, <br /> Respond response push management removal,recording <br /> sites and disposal <br /> Page 18 <br /> • Pre-agreed sites will be developed determined by the size of the disaster. <br /> • Detailed site plans will be developed for each site and will include individual <br /> plans for- <br /> -debris separation, debris reduction, inspection, truck routes and <br /> access, traffic control, dust control, disposal of hazardous <br /> waste, environmental, safety and fire prevention <br /> • Each site will be designated a site manager with full accountability for the site <br /> plans including site restoration at project completion. <br /> • TDMS will be operational within 48-72 hours and will be operational 24/7 <br /> (collection crews daylight hours only for safety, debris processing crews 24/7) <br /> Temporary Debris Management site (TDSRS) development <br /> As part of the preparation stage potential TDSRS's will have been identified with the City of Sunny Isles <br /> Beach and scoped to include site plans, access, safety and traffic plans. Dependent on the location and <br /> extent of the disaster some of these plans may need to be amended and this will begin within the first <br /> 24 hours post impact. Construction of these sites will commence and be completed within 48 hours of <br /> impact and they will be 100%operational within 3 days. These sites will be operational 24/7 with <br /> collection crews working daylight hours only (safety) and debris processing crews being operational <br /> 24/7. Each site will be designated a site manager who will manage all site plans to include individual <br /> plans for the following: <br /> -Site specific plan (to include site layout, photographs, operations, site personnel and access) <br /> -Debris segregation plan. <br /> -Hazardous waste plan. <br /> -Environmental plan. <br /> -Fire prevention plan. <br /> -Accident plan. <br /> KDF Enterprises, LLC RFP Disaster Debris Management and Disposal Services 18-04-02 <br />
