Construction Bid Document Preparation/ Review / Evaluation <br /> <br />3.2 COORDINATION <br /> <br />The consultant shall coordinate when necessary with all utilities such as FPL, City of North Miami <br />Beach, WASA, Atlantic Broadband etc. <br /> <br />3.2.1 INSTALLATION OF NEW LIGHT POLES <br /> <br />The consultant shall coordinate the installation of new light poles that would be <br />necessary when the existing FPL LED lights and existing light poles are removed. <br /> <br />3.3 REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONSULTANTS <br /> <br />Consultants interested in performing these services must exhibit considerable relevant experience <br />with this type of work, and should emphasize both experience and capability of particular personnel <br />who will actually perform the work. Consultants should indicate any sub-consultants proposed to <br />be utilized in work for the City. Consultant should demonstrate that they have experience working <br />with Miami Dade County Departments, such as Water & Sewer Department. <br /> <br />The selected firm(s) will be responsible for reviewing existing Miami -Dade County, City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach Codes, Resolutions and Ordinances and State of Florida Building Codes and for <br />incorporating data into complete construction documents including final construction plans <br />(working drawings), technical specifications, construction estimates, and related bid documents <br />necessary for the bidding and construction of the projects. <br /> <br />The selected firm(s) will be responsible for obtaining all Federal, State and local permits and / or <br />approvals from Miami-Dade Water and Sewer, DERM, Environmental, Miami-Dade Public Works, <br />the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as necessary and all City of City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach Building permits necessary for the construction of the projects. Firms may also be required <br />to provide review and consultant services to the City on various matters, which may not result in <br />drawings, specifications or construction documents. <br /> <br />Firm must have provided underground consultation services for at least (3) three Projects over <br />the past 5 years of similar size, nature and complexity for government entities, with a <br />construction amount exceeding $1,000,000 and provide evidence of same using the Project <br />Verification Form provided herein.
