<br />Streetscape and Enhancement Project. The project was funded and managed by the Fort Lauderdale CRA and
<br />included streetscape improvements, undergrounding of overhead utilities, landscape, median, paver sidewalk,
<br />lighting, drainage and other improvements. Work included close coordination with existing businesses during
<br />construction, public relations to keep all parties informed of improvements, maintenance of traffic coordination to
<br />ensure access to all affected properties throughout construction and a full time RPR on-site managing the project. The
<br />project was federally funded including LAP funding.

<br />Mr. Shaver is currently serving as the Craven Thompson & Associates ’ Construction Manager for the Davie CRA
<br />Engineering Consultant Contract. In this role, he has completed numerous Capital Improvement projects including
<br />roadway and drainage improvements; utility rehabilitations; permitting and construction services.

<br />Construction Manager. Mr. Shaver was responsible for the construction management of major sections of the South
<br />County Neighborhood Improvement Project. The project consisted of twelve construction packages with a total
<br />construction cost of approximately $70 million dollars. Improvements included water distribution, sanitary sewer, lift
<br />stations, force main, storm water improvements and roadway construction. The project included the design,
<br />permitting, bidding and construction consisting of 53 miles of roadway, 181,000 linear feet of storm sewer (including
<br />exfiltration trench), 140,618 linear feet of water main, 236,226 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer, and 80 miles of
<br />sidewalk.
