Mr. Shaver was responsible for the construction management of major sections of the South <br />County Neighborhood Improvement Project. The project consisted of twelve construction packages with a total <br />construction cost of approximately $70 million dollars. Improvements included water distribution, sanitary sewer, lift <br />stations, force main, storm water improvements and roadway construction. The project included the design, <br />permitting, bidding and construction consisting of 53 miles of roadway, 181,000 linear feet of storm sewer (including <br />exfiltration trench), 140,618 linear feet of water main, 236,226 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer, and 80 miles of <br />sidewalk. <br /> <br /> <br />E | Page 20
