He will directly communicate with the city's staff in charge and/or attend any meeting requested by the city. CAS works for the city and will make decisions as requested by the city and strive to meet all of the city's needs if technically sound and legal. Decisions shall always be made based on the health, safety and well-being of the public and in the best interest of the customers. Conflict Resolution Field conflicts will greatly be reduced or eliminated with our 3D Radar Scanning uncovering all underground utility conflicts. This tool is unprecedented in resolving utility conflicts. CAS technology and protocol to be utilized for these pipeline projects eliminates utility conflicts, avoids delays during construction and minimizes claims. Project conflicts and issues will be addressed immediately upon notice by Stephen Smith and city staff. Mr. Smith is the ultimate and final decision by CAS and commits to resolving any and all issues to the satisfaction of the city. Coordination With Other Utilities Coordination with other utilities is the strength and expertise of the CAS team. Through our commitment to SUE, 3D Radar Tomography and other disciplines required for underground utility design and construction, CAS is the best candidate. Successful coordination efforts minimize project delays, construction costs, and contractor claims associated with utility issues and provide for better overall project outcomes.
