<br />Principal Surveyor and Mapper. LS prepared and performed a Topographic Survey. Longitude established right-of-way lines, subdivision
<br />lines, section lines, lot lines, base lines and easement lines as required by the project. LS established line data from the right-of-way maps
<br />and MDWASD and utility easement records. Set points of curvature and points of tangency in the field. All improvements were shown
<br />from Right of Way to Right of Way. Longitude established location of trees, rim, top and invert elevations of all existing sanitary sewers’
<br />manholes, pump wet and dry wells, sanitary sewer lines, drainage culverts, manholes and catch basins and grate elevations, diameter of
<br />the wet/dry well and valve vault dimensions. Location of project site perimeter, driveway and station service/staging area corners
<br />(including finished grade low and high points) with elevations.

<br />Principal Surveyor and Mapper. LS performed a Topographic Survey to include the following information: LS set control points, easement
<br />lines, points of intersections and bearings basis. LS provided horizontal and vertical location of visible fixed objects within project limits
<br />including electrical cabinet, meters, telemetry antenna, pump station control cabinet, transformer, hose bib cabinet location and
<br />perimeter fence with entrance gate. Longitude included bottom elevations for cabinets/panels, height and top elevation for transformer
<br />concrete pad. LS located trees with 3-inch diameter trunks or larger, fire hydrants, valves, water meters, gas, street lighting, power and
<br />telecommunication poles and/or cabinets. LS collected rim, top and invert elevations of all existing sanitary sewers’ manholes, pump wet
<br />and dry wells, sanitary sewer lines, drainage culverts, manholes and catch basins and grate elevations, diameter of the wet/dry well and
<br />valve vault dimensions. Located project site perimeter, driveway and station service/staging area, and corners including finished grade
<br />low and high points with elevations.

<br />Principal Surveyor and Mapper. LS performed Subsurface Utility Engineering to include the following information: designated twenty-
<br />four (24) areas where there were conflicting lines using an Electromagnetic Locator and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). LS provided
<br />elevations at surface and measure down will be made to the top of pipe. LS determined the size, type of material, & provided the
<br />dimensions of the encasement and provided field work sheets for each pot hole.

<br />within 20-feet of the station site boundary. LS placed pavement markings and signage on the adjacent street fronting the pump station
<br />site. Longitude located project site perimeter, driveway and station service/staging area corners including finished grade low and high
<br />points with elevations. Identified type of surface materials for driveway and station service/staging area. LS collected cross-sections
<br />elevations at approximately 100-feet.
