Active West Palm Beach PBCWUD Water Distribution Systems Replacements Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department CES’ approach to managing numerous simultaneous projects is to assign a project manager that is best suited to handle the specific work, and allow him to select additional resources that have the appropriate qualifications, experience and availability to complete the work in the scheduled timeframe. It is also important to have subconsultants available that can more efficiently perform certain tasks than CES can. This allows for reduced costs, without reducing quality. We are constantly updating workload forecasts to ensure that we have sufficient resources available to complete the work. CES is in a growth mode, as we have just graduated from the Small Business Enterprise program, which is evidence that we are not afraid to hire additional staff, if necessary to meet our contract obligations, and our client’s needs. The following list includes all active projects as well as completed projects within the last seven years for our Florida operations.
