GENERAL STATEMENT DESCRIBING THE TYPES OF SERVICES OFFERED BY THE FIRM
PLANS REVIEW / GENERAL CONSULTING ENGINEERINGCGA is currently under contract with several municipalities to perform all aspects of engineering. Members of the team currently assist local municipalities with site development plan and building department reviews as well as perform design calculations and studies, prepare construction plans and documents, provide construction management and administration, assist in the bidding process, and supplement the staff with grant applications and grant compliance. In some cases, CGA “acts” as the government agency performing all aspects including operations and maintenance, if desired. CGA also works with private clients on development projects ranging from commercial facilities to highend condominiums. This gives CGA a unique ability to understand the development of plans from both the public and private sector which allows for a more thorough review and good working relationship with the applicants. CGA works with each individual municipality to develop a system of plans review and expedited turn around that fits ranging from electronic review of plans and comments documents to hard copy mark-ups delivered back to the client.
