<br />optic communications network for 56 signalized intersections, installing and integrating the ATMS software, and installing and
<br />integrating 17 closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras. These intelligent transportation systems (ITS) subsystems will be
<br />connected to a transportation management center (TMC) at the FDOT’s Treasure Coast Operations Center, which will be designed
<br />and built under ATMS Phase 1.

<br />implementation of an ASCT Project on a S.R. 5/U.S. 1 segment (Section No. 94010000) at 12 intersections located within the City
<br />of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. Tasks have included the coordination of workshops with vendors from two ASCT
<br />technologies, performing an inventory of existing conditions of the signal controllers and video detection system. The project has a
<br />production date of January 2017.

<br />The scope of this project includes the implementation of the first Adaptive Signal Control Technology project (ASCT) in Miami-
<br />Dade County at 29 signalized intersections along SR 90/SW 8th Street. Mr. Castillo has provided a wide range of support as part of
<br />this contract such as development of the RFP documents, bench testing of signal and ASCT hardware as part of the integration of
<br />the Insync adaptive signal system with D170 traffic controllers. He is currently supporting the monitoring of signal operations during
<br />project “burning” period before final project acceptance.
