LS provided horizontal and vertical location of visible fixed objects within project limits including <br />electrical cabinet, meters, telemetry antenna, pump station control cabinet, transformer, hose bib cabinet location and perimeter <br />fence with entrance gate. Longitude included bottom elevations for cabinets/panels, height and top elevation for transformer <br />concrete pad. LS located trees with 3-inch diameter trunks or larger, fire hydrants, valves, water meters, gas, street lighting, power <br />and telecommunication poles and/or cabinets. LS collected rim, top and invert elevations of all existing sanitary sewers’ manholes, <br />pump wet and dry wells, sanitary sewer lines, drainage culverts, manholes and catch basins and grate elevations, diameter of the <br />wet/dry well and valve vault dimensions. LS determined the site layout, and obtained site specific <br />information. Longitude collected the following information: such as right of way lines, subdivision lines, lot lines, base lines and <br />easement line. LS collected spot elevations at approximately 100-foot intervals. Immediate <br />pavement markings & signage on the adjacent street fronting the pump station site. LS collected rim, top and invert elevations of all <br />existing sanitary sewers’ manholes, pump wet/dry wells, sanitary sewer lines, drainage culverts, manholes and catch basins, grate <br />elevations, diameter of the wet/dry well and valve vault dimensions. <br /> <br />d. <br />(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) Pump Station 0860, Miami, FL <br /> <br />(2) YEAR COMPLETED <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2015 <br />CONSTRUCTION (If applicable) 2016 <br />(3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm <br />LS performed Subsurface Utility Engineering to include the following information: designated twenty-four (24) areas where there <br />were conflicting lines using an Electromagnetic Locator and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). LS provided elevations at surface <br />and measure down will be made to the top of pipe. LS determined the size, type of material, & provided the dimensions of the <br />encasement and provided field work sheets for each pot hole.
