(2) YEAR COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - CONSTRUCTION (If applicable) - (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm MDWASD identified plans to rehabilitate the existing 54-inch diameter South District Force Main from southern Miami-Dade County, City of Homestead, and Florida City to SDWWTP, and install a redundant 54-inch bypass FM to allow for the sustainable conveyance of wastewater flows from the South District service areas to SDWWTP. NADIC conducted a series of 20-foot deep SPT borings along the existing 54-inch FM alignment and 35-foot deep SPT borings and rock corings along the proposed Bypass/Redundancy FM alignment. Dr. Nnadi provided both Geotechnical Data Report and Geotechnical Design Memorandum. b. (1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) Design Build 48-Inch Diameter Pccp Force Main Along Nw 2nd Ave, Nw 11th St, N. Miami Ave., & Ne 36th St., Miami-Dade County. (2) YEAR COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - CONSTRUCTION (If applicable) - (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm MDWASD awarded the design, installation and commission of the 13,000 LF of 48-inch diameter prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) force main (FM), 5600 LF of 12-inch diameter WM and 1000 LF of 24-inch stormwater drainage pipe to David Mancini & Sons, Inc. Dr Nnadi is the geotechnical engineer of record. NADIC conducted geotechnical investigation; performed Phase II environmental assessment and is performing the construction materials testing. Installation methods consist of open-cut and jack & bore methods. c.
