(i.e., 60% design plan deliverables at traditional 30% design phase). CAS' unified design process includes survey and utility locates which are services provided "in- house" by CAS thus, eliminating the need for numerous subconsultants for the development of design drawings and allowing for a streamlined efficient and more cost-effective design. Acquiring comprehensive and accurate utility locates in order to develop complete design drawings will be a critical step to the successful completion of the pump station rehabilitation project, thus eliminating design deficiencies.
